For over 23 years, I’ve thrived in the ever-evolving landscape of IT. My career began in technical support and infrastructure, giving me a rock-solid understanding of the technological backbone that powers every organization. Over time, I transitioned into leadership roles, spending the last 6 years as an IT Manager. Here, I honed my servant leadership style, fostering collaboration and empowering teams to achieve their best.

However, my passion for IT extends beyond day-to-day operations. To stay ahead of the curve, I actively pursue continuous learning. This led me to delve into the ITIL 4 framework, with a focus on achieving the ITIL 4 Strategic Leader designation. My goal is to contribute to organizations where ITIL practices are a cornerstone, ensuring seamless service delivery and strategic alignment.

But my growth doesn’t stop there. Recently, I’ve embraced the world of DevOps. By learning technologies like Docker and Podman, and deploying open-source solutions in production, I’m gaining valuable insights into the agile development and deployment methodologies that are transforming the industry. My vision is to leverage these skills to seamlessly integrate development and operations, while ensuring strong governance through ITIL practices.

My commitment to learning doesn’t end there. Next on my horizon is acquiring AWS Cloud certification.
